No. One email address equals one account. Using multiple accounts violates our terms and we will close or suspend duplicate accounts. Your original account login remains valid; additional logins will be blocked and any funds forfeited per our account policy.

Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to reset via email. If your account is locked due to too many failed login attempts, wait 30 minutes and try again. Contact support if you cannot regain access; our team will verify your identity and unlock your account.

Minimum deposit is Rp 10,000 via DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50 million; you can submit multiple withdrawals. Total monthly Deposit references depend on your account verification level and local regulations where applicable.

After we verify your identity and the payment method, your withdrawal is processed to your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS wallet within 1-2 hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. We'll send you a confirmation email when the funds leave our system.

Yes. Go to Account Settings and select 'Close Account'. Any balance will be paid out to your registered payment method within 48 hours. After closure, you won't be able to log in or reopen using the same credentials; a new account requires a new email address.
